Well today is the beginning of my blog!  Updated website as you can see and now off to do some chillin out, man at work, nothing on the box so peaceful all round.

Knee, surgery went well, although is not liking the cold damp weather at the moment, been told not to do any impact or twisting for at least two months, so no BodyJam for me :(
